“ICF is proud of its long record of assisting USDA’s rural development efforts, and we are pleased to play a role in extending broadband access to unserved rural communities,” stated Eric Oetjen, Senior Vice President for Community Development. “We look forward to helping fulfill what President Obama’s Administration has termed a ‘down payment’ toward reaching America’s broadband goal.”
