NTIA-RUS Application Guideline Package Now at 6 Documents, Released July 8 07/08/09 As the 2 federal agencies which are administrating the total $7.2 billion in broadband stimulus funds work to post their Application Guideline documents online, we are now hosting all 6 Guideline documents.

These documents, and the file location referenced below, include a new scanned version of the single document we posted on July 7.

Each of the 6 documents, comprised of 378 total pages, were handed out at the second national Workshop venue hosted jointly by the National Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA) of the Department of Commerce, and the Rural Utilities Service (RUS) of the Department of Agriculture. Federal officials attending the Workshop held in Dedham, Massachusetts today, July 8, told us that all 6 documents "should be posted by the end of this week" at the "Download Application" section of

We believe that this 6 document package comprises, or nearly so, "The application packages for electronic and paper submissions" referenced (line 37, page 2) in the Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) document released last week, on July 1, jointly by the 2 agencies.

In view of the high interest in the broadband stimulus program, is making the 6 documents available, via free download (registration required), at the site of our corporate parent, PrattNetworks LLC.
